I am Nicole Kowalewski, a Master Level, Clinical, Social worker who provides quality mental health care. As a mental health therapist, I recognize that sometimes life can feel overwhelming. If you are you experiencing feelings of stress, worry, or hopelessness, I provide a compassionate space, where we will work together developing a personalized mental health plan, helping you thrive.
My goal is to provide a welcoming experience working with you to alleviate stress, manage your feelings, reflect on your perspectives, and use strengths to grow your confidence.

Talk therapy
Telehealth therapy is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts and behaviors, achieve small measurable goals, and move your life in a forward direction. Typically, sessions are held weekly or bi-weekly.
Initial session | $200
50 mins session | $130
Clinical Supervision
Online or in-person, this time will be spent supporting you on your clinical journey through case consultation, supervision, and validation of required hours to full licensure for limited license social worker. Schedule a call to discuss your path to full licensure.
